Super Family

This is an old picture. I believe, but can't be 100% sure, that this was the first Halloween where I was dating my future wife. For the purposes of this blog, though, we're concerned with the dog and not the people. This is Taffy, who was only a couple of years old when this picture was taken and has since passed on. You can tell that this Superdog wants to go and chase some squirrels, though.

The Dog-ter

Today is the birthday of The Irredeemable Shag, one of the people that inspired me to create this page. So, I thought it would be nice to find a Firestorm costumed pet. Unfortunately, there don't seem to be any. Then I thought, well, why not Aquaman? No dice. Blue Devil? Nope. Dr. Fate? Nada

But I was able to find a dog dressed as someone who is, arguably, a superhero. While this is my favorite version of the character, I hope he can appreciate it. So, happy birthday, Shag!

The Picture That Started It All

Here it is, the picture that gave me the idea for this blog, Labrathor!

If that doesn't tell you all you need to know, let me spell it out for you. This blog is going to consist entirely of animals dressed, looking like, or otherwise reminding us of Superheroes.
